Job Description:

and smart technology. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Smart Building
Construction Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Business
Development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role
in driving the sales of our state-of-the-art smart HVAC products
and services, targeting construction industries and integrating
cutting-edge smart building technologies. This role requires a
proactive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic individual who is
passionate about sustainability and technology in the building
industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
sales targets and expand our customer base within the construction
sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
needs. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic
forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and
market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status. Collaborate with the product development team
to ensure client needs are met with appropriate products and
services. Provide market feedback to the company leadership
regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs. Negotiate
contract terms and conditions in collaboration with legal and
contract management teams. Proven ability in selling complex HVAC
solutions and managing major accounts. Strong understanding of
construction processes and building regulations. Advanced knowledge
of HVAC systems, particularly smart technologies applied within the
industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to forge strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental

certifications include: HVAC Excellence Certification, NATE (North
American Technician Excellence), or LEED Accreditation.
Professional Sales or Business Development certifications.
