Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Analyst I to support their
Security Program and ensure compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support Security & Compliance Efforts by gathering and managing
security artifacts for audits
Interpret & Apply Security Controls to assist business partners in
implementing best practices
Advise on Security Strategy by collaborating with various teams to
align security initiatives with company goals
Required Qualifications
Degree in cybersecurity or 1-2 years of experience in Information
Security, preferably in governance, risk, or compliance
Security certifications such as Security+ or CC (ISC2)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity tools, concepts, and frameworks
(e.g., NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001)
Experience with audits, risk assessments, and evidence collection,
especially in life insurance or financial services is a plus
Prior experience with SOC2 audits will be given priority
consideration
