Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant responsible for developing and managing compensation programs within the healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure compensation practices reflect the organization's mission and values
Conduct market research to establish competitive salary ranges and monitor industry trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required
5-7 years of experience in compensation, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of compensation principles and market analysis
Proficiency in compensation survey tools and HRIS systems
Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements
