Our client is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead their dairy production. This is a great opportunity for a skilled leader to establish themselves with a long standing and reputable company.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and Supervise hourly workforceSchedule and award OT as necessarySupervise in accordance with the Master Dairy Agreement & Local AddendumMonitor daily operation of production department and correct deficienciesEnsure product quality and sanitation guidelines are routinely achievedEnsure the accuracy of wash charts & daily production paperworkEnsure efficient operation of plant equipmentEnsure all work procedures and policy guidelines are routinely achievedEnsure safe work habits. Maintain safe work environment.Oversee the successful operation of the production parts supply roomCultivate employee suggestions into continual improvement strategiesQualifications3-5 years' food or beverage manufacturing experience; dairy processing preferred.2+ years' previous supervision experience in dairy or food/beverage processing.Proven ability to lead and supervise employees to achieve defined objectives.Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, safety, quality, HACCP, and GMP'sPosition can be a 1st or 3rd shiftCompany will offer some relocation assistance for the right candidate!UI995472
