Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Planning and Forecasting
Manage the analysis, forecasting and reporting of corporate and
business unit operating performance to identify trends, risks and
opportunities for improvement.
Compare monthly results to plan; prepare and forecast relevant
financial scorecard information.as well as monitor and analyze
financial trends and communicate results to leadership and local
owners.
Meet with Growth and Operational leadership to identify, discuss,
and prioritize financial performance vs. annual plan.
Advise decision makers on the appropriate course of action, and
present reports to document recommendations. Serve as a team
leader/member on cross-departmental initiatives and projects.
Manage and Controls
Develops and updates regularly scorecard critical indicators for
each position in the organization.
Prepare and facilitate monthly results to FMSI leadership team and
local ownership in each location.
In alignment with payroll, prepare and present bonus and incentive
results as necessary.
Work cohesively with Data Transition specialist and Operations to
mange data integrity and conversion projects.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as appropriate to assist Operations in
Quality and Reoccurring system issues.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Assist Direct of Finance in summarizing agency data
Attend M and A meetings and accomplish task and projects as
outlined
Assist Accounting in the transition of payroll
Requirements:
Education
College degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting, finance, budgeting,
forecasting and/or financial analytics required.
Must also have experience in Microsoft Office. Specifically,
Intermediate WORD skills and Advanced EXCEL skills.

Must be able to learn from others while also being a problem
solver.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written communication and
interpersonal skills.

manage workload in a fast-paced environment, work independently,
consistently meet deadlines, as well as analyze and communicate
financial information to disparate audiences.
