Job Description XL Specialized Trailers is a top tier

a premium heavy haul trailer. Position Description: General
Summary: Generally expected to work as a valued member of the XL
Specialized Trailers team. Maintains production by assembling parts
and subassemblies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares
work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions,
blueprint specifications and parts lists; gathering parts,
subassemblies, tools and materials. Positions parts and components
by using templates or reading measurements. Installs components by
examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and
subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed
components. Resolves assemble problems by altering dimensions to
meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional
resources. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive
maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules and regulations. Wears proper personal protective
equipment. Identifies and anticipates safety and health concerns
and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and
occupational conditions. Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing relating results as needed. Ancillary Duties: Assist
with the continuous process improvement of XL Specialized Trailers
by leading and participating in projects such as lean, 5-S and
Kaizen Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the
overall operations of the XL Specialized Trailers. Supervisory
Responsibilities: None. Supervision Received: Works under direct
supervision. The employee is responsible for carrying out the
assignment, keeping their supervisor informed of progress and
potential problems or future implications. Responsibility for
Public Contact: None Education and Experience: High School diploma
or GED. Essential Skills and Experience: Problem analysis and
problem resolution at a functional level. Strong customer
orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to company values. Physical Demands: Walking, sitting,
standing, climbing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or
crawling. Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs. and occasionally up to
50lbs and move up to 100 pounds. Ability to work overtime,
including Saturday work. Work Environment: Work is primarily
performed indoors in production facility. Post Offer/Pre-employment
