The CI Technician assists in designing and improving processing methods, layouts and tools. Assists in identifying and solving processing problems through root cause analysis and applying Lean Manufacturing Principles. Strong technical, mathematical, and mechanical knowledge and skills required. Knowledge of computers and applicable software with advanced knowledge of Excel Workbooks and ability to utilize data to perform root cause analysis is desired. CAD experience desired. Ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools is required. MIG welding proficiency is desired.Must be willing to travel 1-2 weeks a month and work overtime. Must be willing to lead and assist cross functional teams to reach goals during monthly Continuous Improvement projects. One year of direct applicable experience is desired.
