Koch is Hiring In Your Area for Our Super Regional Fleet! Average 2,500 miles per week, at up to $0.54 per mile Sign On/Retention Bonus! Ask about our new pay package and New Volvo VNL 860 trucks! We know miles are important! We make sure you bring home a paycheck the first 6 weeks while you get accustomed to the Koch way. We'll fly you to this 3-day event in Minneapolis where you'll have your own accommodations in an upscale hotel and receive up to $50 cash when you arrive. At our brand-new orientation center, you'll learn everything you need to know to have the best Koch career. After orientation, we ll put you on the road in a newly detailed, late-model truck equipped with an APU and a power inverter, so that you are able to outfit your truck with some of the comforts of home. Koch has some of the best maintained trucks on the road! We do this to show our drivers we appreciate them and to welcome them to the Koch family.

A valid Class-A CDL is required for all driving positions at Koch Companies.
