Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investor Relations Officer to manage
capital raising and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead fundraising efforts to secure capital from high-net-worth
individuals, family offices, and discretionary management firms
Manage investor relations by providing financial statements and
ensuring transparency
Develop and execute strategies to meet capital-raising goals and
oversee underwriting processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in capital raising within private debt or
credit funds
Degree in Finance, MBA, or CFA
Strong network and ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and
family offices
Financial acumen with experience in investor relations and
fundraising strategies
