A company is looking for a SaaS Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality software support to end-users via various
communication channels
Triage and troubleshoot customer queries, ensuring timely
resolution and documentation
Proactively engage with existing accounts to promote additional
services and maintain knowledge base
Required Qualifications
3+ years of software/application support experience for a B2B SaaS
product
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Strong organization and time management skills
Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a
plus
