Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Diversity, Inclusion
& Belonging.
Key Responsibilities
Support Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging engagement events and
manage related resources
Assist with data gathering, report generation, and communications
for DI&B initiatives
Collaborate on event planning and maintain records for prioritized
projects
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant
experience
Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or High
school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing programs and coordinating projects in the
Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry
Proven ability to coordinate collaborative events and manage
competing priorities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business analysis tools is a
plus
