A company is looking for an Inbound Care Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries and provide support via inbound
calls
Coordinate care services and ensure client needs are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client
interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service or care coordination role
preferred
Ability to work in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Availability to work flexible shifts
