First Resources Corp. of Keosauqua is looking for Residential Care Facility Direct Support Professionals (RCF-DSP) offering flexible schedule options!Our RCF serves 15 individuals who come from all over Iowa to receive assistance from RCF Direct Support Professionals with gaining the skills necessary to become reintegrated back into community living! This role would partner with clients on social outings, community activities, shopping, errands, in-house activities/games/crafts, medication support, attending appointments, making safe choices, working on goals the clients set, helping with communication and self-expression, and being an advocate for our clients.

This is a team atmosphere that is staffed with multiple people per shift.Schedule Options:

• 
  
• Full time - Work 38 - 40 hours per week - This includes access to full benefit package! Ability to choose your own 2 week rotation upon hire and move shifts around with coworkers as needed thereafter!
  
• Available Hours: 1 Full-time Overnight Position 10:00pm - 6:00am
  
  Job Functions:
  
  • 
    
  • Be the point of contact for referral inquires and conduct pre-screenings tasks.
    
  • Provide crisis intervention supports to individuals served.
    
  • Be approachable, compassionate, and utilize motivational interviewing and trauma informed care communication techniques.
    
  • Assist individuals served in meeting their basic human needs.
    
  • Assist individuals in exploring and achieving potential hopes, dreams and goals.
    
  • Partner with individuals served on helping them achieve their treatment plan goals

      • Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required!
        
      • Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance.
