-STUDENT WORKER(Pay Grade 1)Michelin has an immediate opening for
Student Workers. This is a summer help position and will be a
full-time position. Shifts available to work are 1st (start 6am -
9am) and 2nd (start between 11am - 3pm).General Description:A
student employee for summer help. Potential departments are
assembly, warehouse, or paint.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Flexible and to be used in any position as needed.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by
management.
- The student employee must be able to meet all requirements of
the facility and the position, to include training commitments,
work schedules, shift assignments, and work rules.Physical Demands
& Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment

- The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers

loud.Qualifying Guidelines:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be a high school graduate (or have obtained an equivalent
certification, i.e., GED)
- Taking a minimum of three hours academic load or equivalent
(i.e., internet courses). (High school graduates, meeting the age
requirement, who intend to further their education, are also
eligible.) Students who choose to take a semester off from school
are eligible to continue employment. If a student takes two
consecutive semesters off from school, they lose their
eligibility
- Dependent children of Michelin employees will be given first
consideration in meeting staffing needs. If sufficient numbers are
not identified from this source, additional candidates will be
