Because of their continued growth, a--General Contractor seeks a--TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT--to join their team.-- This company allows you to LIVE ANYWHERE and fly you to your job site, pay living and trabel expenses and get you home for 2 long weekends per month. As a leader in the building industry, my client hires the best and provide them with outstanding opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive, team-orientated environment, and excellent compensation packages.The TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT--is responsible for providing leadership and management to team's assigned projects safely, profitable, and timely. The Superintendent manages various teams and job sites and works in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity and will participate in the all of the construction phases of the projects assigned.SUPERINTENDENT--Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsibility for project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, quality.
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.--
• Champions the orderly, timely--completion of projects in the field.
• Coordinates with the Project--Manager the means and methods required for the successful and profitable execution of the work.--
• Assures coordination with the Project Manager and the procurement schedule with the Project Engineer. Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes.--
• Uses available reports to manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections.
• Reviews and executes all change orders.
• Completes close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.--
• Provides feedback to estimators for future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.--SUPERINTENDENT--Job Requirements:
• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience.
• 7 Years Experience in Multi-family managing construction projects and a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.
• This manager-level can manage large projects of a complex nature and possibly multiple projects.
