We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Marion, IA. This March, we built a beautiful, state of the art, facility that can accommodate another Doctor and are seeking someone to join our team and plant roots in the Marion-Cedar Rapids area.

Our ideal candidate can practice Family care with pediatrics and maternity patients, great at manual adjusting, has high energy and great people skills, good attitude, and is willing to learn and adapt.

Duties:
Perform initial exams-consultations (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging-documents-reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging-postural X-rays, drawing-write reports
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans that focuses on the patient's overall health and wellbeing
Patient education as to diagnosis-report of findings, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications, nutritional support, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Chiropractic Care- Manual adjustments, Thompson drop, gonstead, webster, rehab stretches and exercises, various therapies and modalities, converting pain patients to wellness care plans
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Outreach Marketing as needed
Health talks as needed

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in IA
Comfortable treating all ages and patient condition to include pediatric and maternity
Schedule:
Office hours: Monday 10-1&3-6 Tuesday 3-6 Wednesday 10-1&3-6 Thursday 10-1&3-5
Work hours Monday 8-6:30 Tuesday 12-7 Wednesday 8-6:30 Thursday 8-5:30
Fridays(weekends) occasional as needed

Compensation (range):
$75k-$85k per year plus bonus
