Description: We are looking for someone who wants to grow a career in one of the fastest growing banks in the area! You would start off handling inbound and outbound calls in regards to overdue loans and overcharged cards. You would assist customers with getting out of delinquency and coaching others to stay out of delinquency. This position is a great entry level role, as long as you are comfortable working on the phone and switching between English and Spanish then you have a great opportunity! Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish/English 1+ year customer service (can be food service/retail) High School Diploma or GED Must be able to pass credit check Experience in Microsoft Office and working on multiple computer systems Other: Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and works overtime as necessitated by business demand. At times length of working day can be unpredictable, must be willing and able to work early and/or stay late with short notice. Must be willing to work Saturday rotation. Ability to prioritize assignments and organize work efficiently, to handle large volumes of details. Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace and changing environment. Ability to work independently. Accuracy and attention to detail required.
