Property Tax Specialists who delight in executing the property tax
cycle with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. In this role,
you'll:Be challenged every day! Take pride in maintaining quality
in your work while ensuring GreatAmerica compliance as you
administer the property tax cycle. On a daily basis you will be
responsible for timely and accurately executing property tax return
filings, processing assessed value comparisons, ensuring tax bill
payments are completed, and end user invoicing is correct.Enjoy
variety! Assist with various property tax queries, reports, and
reconciliations as needed. Utilize the data warehouse, property tax
software and Excel to pull reports and analyze data needed for
property tax reporting and billing. Communicate with taxing
authorities, internal customers (teams) and vendors. Contribute to
various special projects that are identified and completed each
year.Become an expert in your field! Our Property Tax Specialists
develop a deep knowledge of taxing jurisdictions, assessment
periods, and filings. Be the go-to for our internal customers as
you provide property tax audit support as needed.Develop your

responsible for reviewing state and local tax laws to ensure

to research and investigate different states' tax law related to
various types of personal property and potential exemptions.You'll

aptitudeTwo year accounting degree or accounting/financial record
keeping related experience requiredExperience with Microsoft Office
products primarily Word and Excel.Prior leasing, property tax, or
related experience helpful but not requiredGeneral experience with
