POSITION SUMMARY:Serves as the primary contact for the credit union with regard to the securitization of assets for sales and coordinates all associated activities. Also, primarily responsible for coordinating and executing loan sales through all available participation channels for all types of loans. Under direction of the CFO, this function participates in the financial strategies and strategic planning for the credit union. Minimum salary for this position is $137,492.31 with a progressive benefit package.


Performs essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include, but are not limited to those listed, and are subject to change:

  • Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in carrying out GreenState's mission and vision.
  • Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.
  • Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensures confidentiality of member information.
  • Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead all strategy and execution with respect to secondary market activity including loan sales and asset securitization.
  • Establish overall capital markets strategy.
  • With respect to all secondary market activity, recommend loan pools for sale or for securitization, inclusive of pricing, along with the relationship with the credit union participation partner, and/or broker.
  • Manage all credit union participation partnerships and broker relationships to ensure GreenState continues to be held in high regard in secondary market activities.
  • Partner with those responsible for hedging activity and Fintech lending to coordinate with overall balance sheet strategy.
  • Provide reports on a regular basis (for all activities listed above), and as directed or requested, keep the CFO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors informed on all activity.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Credit teams to ensure cross-collaboration to drive capital market strategies successfully.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Federal and State laws and regulations related to capital market activity.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationship enterprise wide through a combination of one-on-one interaction and collaborative team-oriented activities.
  • Meets attendance standards to perform job functions including physical presence to provide coordination of work and ongoing feedback.


  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in financial analysis and transaction/financing execution.
  • Undergraduate degree (concentrations in finance and/or accounting is a plus).
  • Proven track record of growing capital or managing large amounts of investment capital.
  • Extensive skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collegial and respectful working relationships with customers, co-workers, staff, and external contacts, and work effectively.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and impact in:
  • Performance management in high performance cultures.
  • Organizational and positional influence across teams.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions, strategies, and initiatives; and
  • Senior level/Board level presentations.
  • Possess collaborative decision-making abilities to forge successful partnerships across organizational boundaries, at both senior and operational levels.
  • Strong process and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to develop comprehensive written reports and/or documents, and present ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Well-organized and self-directed individual with high ethical standards. Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Anility, availability, and willingness to work additional and/or unconventional hours as demanded by the workload.
  • Must be bondable.
    Reporting Relationship
    This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

    Supervisory Responsibilities
    This position is not responsible for the supervision of employees.
