The Successful Sales Professional Will . . .
--- Be enthusiastic, driven and passionate about providing print
and digital advertising solutions to local businesses by
understanding their needs
--- Multi-task with prospecting, scheduling appointments and
meeting with potential prospects via video, phone and face-to-face
by using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
--- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the
in-depth training provided, ongoing leadership coaching and best in
class cross functional internal support teams
--- Make solution presentations to prospects and customers based on
a thorough discovery of their needs and setting expectations
--- Achieve sales performance objectives through client retention,
up sell, cross sell and new business development
Experience And Skills
--- B2B sales experience and business development ideally in
advertising and media sales
--- Understands the importance of and has experience with CRM
--- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and
--- Strong communication and written skills
--- Ability to create, build and maintain business
