This position is for a Senior Business Development Professional
of Research and Emerging Technology within our Advanced Solutions
team for the Communications, Navigation and Guidance business. We
are responsible for innovating, incubating, maturing and
transitioning emerging technologies that support a wide range of
products and platforms. The environment is fast-paced, highly
technical and challenging.
The successful candidate will work with a team of business
development and marketing professionals in conjunction with program
management and engineering leads, to uncover, pursue and capture

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR

Current U.S. Secret security clearance required and must be
eligible for Top Secret
Direct experience working in the U.S. DoD/DoE/DHS science and
technology community (e.g. DARPA, AFRL, ARL, NRL, FFRDCs, UARCs, a
national lab) as an engineer or program/project manager.
Demonstrated understanding of concepts related to advanced
waveforms, 5G, microelectronics design and manufacturing, open
systems architecture, radio frequency engineering and digital
- Understanding and experience with defense acquisitions and
Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligible.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology,
engineering or mathematics discipline.
Salesforce CRM tool experience.
Demonstrated professional verbal, writing and presentation

Position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA but may be remote
depending on qualifications.
