Aerotek is hiring a customer service representative for a financial company in Cedar Rapids!**$14/hour****Temporary Work from Home**Job Description:

• Take a high volume of daily inbound phone calls.
• Answer a variety of questions about products, policies and payment status.
• Deliver quality and efficient service to customer requests or situations.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm. **No weekends**

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, etc.).
  • Call center environment experience preferred.
