This person will be responsible for preparing client paperwork, portfolios, and compile all information necessary for investor meetings. They will also be qualifying clients, assisting with applications, track account statuses, create monthly newsletters, compile monthly reports, all while providing excellent communication to clients, management, and Financial Representatives. As the Administrative Assistant you will be an integral team member that is crucial for success and growth within the team.The ideal person will be highly organized and detail oriented, customer focused, and have excellent communication skills.
