Duties and Responsibilities
Greets customers promptly, provides timely professional
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer
inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs,
resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when
Estimates costs and completion time/settles customer
Communicates with customer about work status.
Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service
Minimum of 1 year automotive service advisor experience
Ford or GM service experience preferred.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
