We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an
Overseeing, leading, and managing the overall Information
Technology department by establishing goals, objectives, and
Leading IT strategic and operational planning to achieve
business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT
initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and
management of current and future IT systems across the
Ensuring appropriate administrative, physical, and technical
safeguards are in place to protect the organization’s information
assets from internal and external threats.
Developing and maintaining an appropriate IT organizational
structure that supports the needs and growth strategies of the
Installing, modifying, enhancing, and maintaining data system
Researching and investigating measures that address data
security risks and potential losses for reporting purposes.
Working with internal and external auditors to document and
confirm that all security administrative duties are properly
performed as well as demonstrate overall compliance.
Managing and assisting in performing on-going security
monitoring of information systems assessing risk through
qualitative risk analysis conducting functional and gap analyses to
determine the extent to which business areas.
Advising senior management on the latest technology and
recommending appropriate action as the technical advisor.
Overseeing incident response planning as well as the
investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and
legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
Staying abreast of the latest industry security practices and
All other reasonable duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, master’s
CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification preferred.
Five or more years of progressive experience in Information
Security and banking industry.
Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and designing,
and development in a banking environment.
Ability to communicate security-related concepts to a broad
range of technical and non-technical staff.
Acting as a bridge between IT and business process owners.
Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, excellent attention to
detail, and problem-solving abilities.
