Over the next several years, CRST International, Inc. will be implementing significant enterprise wide system and software upgrades. In support of this project, and of future needs, we are expanding our personnel and adding new positions within our Information Technology team, located in Cedar Rapids, IA. We are seeking new IT skills and resources in the areas of business process analyst, 3rd party software administration and software development. It is an exciting time to join an organization who is investing heavily into the future, come and be a part of something big!Job SummaryThe Application Administrator - -EDI Developer role supports inbound and outbound document interfaces and respective setup, configuration and mapping associated with those interfaces. Position includes ongoing project-based development work, as well as day to day support of existing partner transaction sets. The EDI developer will design, develop, document and implement EDI documents and transactions following standard documentation, testing, and change management processes. This role is accountable for testing and quality assurance of all EDI developments including but not limited to 204, 210, 214, and 990 transactions. -Job Responsibilities: - Designs and codes from specifications - Analyzes, creates, documents and tests development, logic, process flows and specifications tosupport a variety of EDI/B2B integrations - Works in conjunction with EDI Coordinator to create EDI maps and business processes - Understand and critically evaluate mapping requirement specifications - Executes unit test scenarios for EDI maps and Business Processes - Reviews test results with EDI Coordinator - Creates or updates relevant documentation - Follows established change control process to migrate development objects between environments and prepare for migration to Production.Experience, Education, Qualifications: -6-12 months experience in a related fieldAA or BA in a relevant field requiredCertification in a relevant field preferredExperience with McLeod Software or other EDI platform highly desiredCRST is an EOE.
