Role Overview The Infrastructure Services Specialist will be responsible for the execution and delivery of Digital Technology (DT) Infrastructure services ensuring stable DT operations, andend user service excellence. Additionally, the Infrastructure End User Services Specialist will support global infrastructure strategies and be the liaison between the centralized DT teams and Collins outsourcing partners. Primary Responsibilities: --- Cultivate and maintain critical relationships with local business, vendors, and site leadership --- Provide world class end to end support for End Users and Executives --- Keep up to date with changes to service offerings, technical capabilities and regulatory changes and align DT services at the site --- Coordinate local infrastructure projects and deployments (i.e. wireless deployments, facility expansions, new machine installations, etc) --- Support the implementation of Enterprise DT initiatives (i.e. security/compliance initiatives, collaboration tools, telecommunication, etc) --- Provide audio/video support for conference rooms --- Perform other related duties as required Qualifications --- Technical Breadth: Quickly learn, understand, and articulate various technologies available to assist resolving infrastructure problems; demonstrate a wide variety of technical solutions --- Ensure the execution and timely delivery of projects that yield excellent results --- Proven executive and end user support --- Business acumen - understand what is most important to the business and how it impacts the bottom line --- Ability to successfully employ systematic problem-solving techniques for root cause analysis and improvement efforts --- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation --- High energy, passion for customer service and attention to detail Experience in highly regulated environments --- 3 years' experience with a broad background to various infrastructure technologies including servers and networks, desktop technologies including hardware and software, and strong troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: --- ITIL Foundations, A+, MCSE, Net+, PMP or other technical and professional certifications desired. Demonstrated experience in service-focused technical environment. --- Demonstrated strong customer service skills Basic Qualifications: Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree and five years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree and three years of prior relevant experience or some combination of college and relevant experience.
