Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert guidance on immigration matters and developing tailored
strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews for various visa matters,
and ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards in
casework
Maintain high-touch communication with clients and collaborate with
internal teams to enhance client experiences and standardize
processes
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace new
challenges
Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance client
experience
