Recruiter (Experienced Level Professional)

MISSION:
The Recruiter attracts, identifies, recruits, and integrates talents in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by the Group entities within the desired timeframe.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Identify future hiring needs with the positions corresponding to the needs expressed (professional and behavioral competencies required) by the managers, ensuring all are filled in a timely manner and in line with the Group's guidelines.
• The attractiveness of the Company, through the Employer Brand and the sourcing plans attract the appropriate applications for the targeted talents (quantitative and qualitative).
• Continuously partner with personnel team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• The target schools have been defined the related action plans are carried out for the targeted talents (and internships or work-study contracts).
• The external trends and internal challenges have been taken into account in the steering of the performance of the recruitment process: efficiency, effectiveness, etc.
  
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  
  • BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability with leading all phases of recruitment and hiring process required.
  • Strongly preferred experience developing high volume recruiting strategies within a process or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavior based, etc.)
  • Familiar with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent written, communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, hands on, resourceful, people oriented, flexible, professional, standout colleague, positive demeanor and can prioritize for a facility.
  • Must be proficient in MS office software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
