shareholders.Job DescriptionThis new and exciting role is ideal for
a passionate Talent Partner with strong communication skills, as
well as sufficient experience in talent management, succession
planning and contributing to leadership assessments. The Lead
Talent and Development Partner is responsible for leading key
talent management, including learning, and organizational
development programs and activities in the support of Global
Technology Services (GTS), HR Business Partners and the GTS
leadership team. These programs are focused on building
capabilities of the GTS staff and equipping them with foundational
behavioral skills to perform through transformation. The Lead
Talent and Development Partner works with HR to provide consistency
in the business unit talent agenda.What You Will Do:
- Lead processes associated with talent management, including
succession planning, leadership development, and talent marketplace
initiatives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement
strategies and organizational change plans. Guide, coach and
support managers with engagement activity, including analysis of
and recommendations from surveys and other sources of employee
feedback, working closely with leaders and People Strategy
volunteers -
- Oversee learning and development activities. Evaluate and
analyze feedback from the programs and learning interventions to
align development needs of the relevant audience.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning processes
and initiatives.What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
experience
- Eight years of experience as an HR generalist, business
partner, talent management specialist, learning and development
specialist, or other related experience
- Critical thinking skills, including ability to generate ideas,
assess complex material, develop plans, frame compelling arguments
and present them credibly to a range of different stakeholders
- Analytical skills and mindset, with the ability to work with
data from various sources to form robust conclusions and
recommendations
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills,
with the ability to build relationships and influence across all
levels of the organization
- Delivery focused with strong planning and organizational skills
to lead and manage projects and initiatives and to design and
deliver solutions that are fit for purpose
- Flexible and tolerant of ambiguity with the ability to adjust
plans and priorities in times of change and adapt to meet the needs
and expectations of the organization**Please note that the
compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for
this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay
transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based
on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company
locations.** -The United States Salary for this position generally
ranges between $88,000- $120,000 annually. This range is an
estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by
applicable law. - -Additionally, this position is typically
eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus
Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
