You'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience starting in May -2023. Join us at -827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701. -
Pay: -Start at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour! - -Shifts, Training & Work Environment: -Enjoy your weekends off! - We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday! -Our 8-week -ONSITE -training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. You will be provided with equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories on your first day. - -After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a -HYBRID -work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference). -By meeting defined performance expectations, you can earn the opportunity to work from home up to 5 days a week, typically after 6 months. - -Our Benefits: -With benefits starting day one, our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet team members' individual needs.   • Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND -phone calls.
  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
  • Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order -management.
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. - -You Have: -
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
    • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
    • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
