A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is searching for a
person to fill their position for a Remote Medicare Customer
Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Answering inquiries from our Medicare members via inbound calls
Dealing compassionately with Medicare beneficiaries
Participating in ongoing training and engage in
self-development
Required Skills:
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while resolving
complex issues
Willingness to adapt to a changing environment
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
