Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. • 12 months of acute care experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Mercy Medical (Cedar Rapids, Iowa). Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Respiratory, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Work Settings, Med/Surg, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs Preferred Skills/Experience: - 2 years Med/Surg experience preferred. - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy Special Requests: - RTO – 10 days or less (outside of holidays), requires facility approval. Required Credentials: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Copy of Passport, driver’s license or government issued ID is required for each Resource on assignment. Shift & Scheduling: - Will work every other weekend.
