APPs, OR Nurses Lab, Pharmacy & Medical Imaging onsite Trauma
Level: III EMR: Cerner Responsibilities: - Cover Ortho traumas and
same-day add ons Other Info: - Will cover 2 facilities Travel,
lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active IA
and/or IL License or IMLC BC Fellowship trained in Orthopedics
Willing to work in both location Clean record NPDB Report
