"A Day in The Life" at UnityPoint Health: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses . Must have taxable address more than 50 miles from facility NBO: 16 hrs EMR: EPIC OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum On Call: $9/hr Charge/Precept: $6/hr Billable OT: 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48 2025 Holidays: Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving) Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked. 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Adapting to new facilities and teams challenges your problem-solving skills.
