Case Management experience required - At least 1 travel contract

reference required Description: This position offers same day
interviews. Please prepare qualified candidates for communication.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes
professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and
management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float
within the same discipline across various campuses. A taxable
address must be more than 50 miles from the facility. Call-back and
on-call requirements are applicable. Travelers will be required to
work two out of three major winter holidays. There is a limit of
one day requested off between specific holiday periods for all
