Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR /n/n Job Details: /n • 24 months of operating room experience in a hospital or medical center setting required /n• Experience and proficiency required in orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, GYN/gynecology, urology, and podiatry /n• Experience and proficiency in operating DaVinci robotics required /n• EPIC charting experience preferred (training provided if needed) /n• Scrub experience preferred /n• Must have minimum 3 months of current travel experience within the previous 18 months /n• On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and every 4th-5th weekend /n• Call schedule applies to weekend coverage /n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) /n• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted) /n• Skills checklist specific to operating room nursing required /n• Professional reference from charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within 24 months preferred /n• Driver's license required /n• Currently interviewing viable candidates with phone/text contact from 405 area code /n• Firm orientation date of February 9th /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical services department offering advanced operating room capabilities across multiple specialties.
