Job Description:
Walmart Inc. invites experienced and dedicated pharmacists to
apply for the role of Staff Pharmacist. As part of Walmarts
commitment to providing superior healthcare services, we are
looking for a pharmacist who excels in a fast-paced retail
environment. This role offers you the opportunity to engage with
the community and ensure effective management and safe dispensation
of medications to our diverse customer base. Ensure the accurate
dispensation of prescription medications Provide counseling and
advice to customers regarding safe medication practices and
potential side effects Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure
compliance with all regulatory requirements Supervise pharmacy
staff and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy Engage in
community outreach activities to promote wellness and preventive
healthcare Maintain accurate customer records and handle
prescriptions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Proven expertise in pharmacological therapy and prescription
management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work efficiently under pressure Excellent organizational and time
management skills Proficiency with pharmacy information systems

401k Current Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), optional but
preferred
