Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,566 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting Develop and manage individualized care plans Educate patients and families on treatments and self-care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care Participate in occasional on-call rotations as needed Requirements 2 years Home Health RN experience (required) 1 completed travel contract Iowa or Compact RN license BLS (AHA) – Required EPIC experience preferred Must provide proof of taxable address (per local traveler policy) Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
