ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/22/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional nursing knowledge and skills in patient care • Apply the nursing process for provision and management of patient care • Work with EPIC EMR system • 16-hour New Grad/New Hire Orientation (NBO) provided • 1:1 patient ratio • One night per week and one weekend per month on-call schedule • Overtime/Holiday multiplier • Call back multiplier with 2-hour minimum • Charge/Precept differential of $6/hour • Work with advanced robotics equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems • 2 years of current OR experience required • Strong experience in all aspects related to orthopedic cases including spine procedures required • EPIC EMR experience required • DaVinci robotics experience highly preferred • Travel experience within the previous 24 months required • BLS certification required • Iowa nursing license required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 14-bed operating room department equipped with state-of-the-art robotics technology and advanced surgical equipment.
