Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a
medical-surgical setting. Assesses patient needs and develops
individualized care plans. Administers medications and treatments
as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitors patient progress
and reports changes to the healthcare team. Educates patients and
families on care procedures and health management. Collaborates
with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment in accordance with
healthcare standards. Participates in quality improvement
initiatives and nursing audits. Ensures compliance with
organizational policies and procedures.
