This person will maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, be comfortable working in various computer systems to include electronic medical records systems and will have a firm understanding of medical terminology, CPT, and diagnostic coding principles. Our team members perform general patient care duties to include but are not limited to greeting and rooming patients, telephone call backs, update patient information in the electronic medical record, input medications, allergies and other related patient requests and functions and do so as a team every minute of each day.While we prefer two years of general patient care experience or experience working in an ENT office, we will train the right candidate.
