Job Description:
Right at Home-Cedar Falls - Right at Home is a growing, locally
owned home health company in Cedar Falls. We currently provide
skilled nursing, companion and personal cares for a wide variety of
clients in Eastern Iowa. - We proudly provide these services to
veterans, and we are in need of a part-time occupational therapist
to expand the level of skilled care available to them. -
Responsibilities of a home-based Occupational Therapist
include:
- - - - - - Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of
neuromusculoskeletal disorders
- - - -Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility,
strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting,
involving patient in setting goals
- - - - - -Communicate and collaborate with associated medical
professionals to achieve patient goals
- - - - - -Clear, concise documentation in our software system
- - - - - -Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case
managers within Veterans Affairs as needed
- - - - - -Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing
one's own schedule
- - - - - -Supervise home health aides involved in patient care
