Great news - LAC is looking for a talented BCBA to serve as a Clinical Director in Cedar Rapids, IA!As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visitations/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers. Apply to hear about our relocation packages!Requirements:Masters Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages2 to 3 years management/supervision experienceDemonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skillsCompletely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategiesMeets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attachedby Jobble
