As the Outlet Store Manager, you will ensure that Goodwill's culture, best practices, procedures, and polices are followed. You will train and develop staff with these principles. You will set the example for all store employees by providing excellent customer service to all customers. You will create the schedule the Outlet Store employees to ensure adequate coverage and to meet production needs during all hours of operation. You will ensure that cash control policies are enforced and that all employees who operate the cash register are efficient and accurate. You will ensure that store reports are accurately completed, and the bank deposits are made within the required time frame. You will maintain a clean and inviting Outlet Store that is fully stocked and rotated with fresh product regularly, and free of clutter. You will work in conjunction with the Regional Manager to ensure that the Outlet Store operates efficiently and that all policies, procedures, and goals are implemented, followed, and achieved. You will work in conjunction with our Mission Services staff and other rehabilitation personnel to identify and provide retail training opportunities for the individuals we serve who experience barriers to independence. High school diploma, GED, or in pursuit of a diploma or GED is required. Five years of full-time employment in a related field is required. Two years of direct supervisory experience is preferred. **This position requires a valid Iowa driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening and criminal background checks.** The schedule will vary, and will include a combination of day, evening, and weekend hours. The Outlet Store Manager position has a starting salary ranging from **$33,129 to $36,731 per year**, depending on experience.
