Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Banker ready to step into a -Market President role. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of Commercial Lending experience and experience managing a commercial team. If this sounds like you, please apply today!


Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture a strong Commercial Banking team
• Build and service a commercial loan portfolio
• Coordinate business development efforts with other officers
• Negotiate complex credit arrangements
• Foster relationships with potential and existing commercial customers
• Determine if the loan request is viable with bank policy
• Implement appropriate collection and risk mediation plans
• Participate in community affairs to increase the bank's visibility Requirements:
  
  • 7+ years of commercial lending or commercial operations experience
  • Senior-level business banking experience, including management responsibilities
  • Proven sales skills and knowledge
