SummaryGeonetric is a digital experience agency with deep
technical and creative expertise. We provide health systems,
hospitals and medical groups with digital software, strategy,
consulting, and creative services optimized for the healthcare
industry. We're looking for a sales director that will build and
cultivate a high performing sales team. You'll work closely with
our sales team members and internal experts to recommend digital
experiences, products, and services to large, complex healthcare
organizations. You'll guide our sales team through full-funnel,
multi-year sales cycles by helping them develop and build strong
relationships with healthcare executives and define win strategies.
You'll coach your team to accurately forecast, set attainable
goals, and meet or exceed their targets. And as you work with our
market, you'll identify trends and emerging products, and influence
Geonetric's vision and product strategy. To be successful in this
role, you must have a passion for sales, a history of blowing
through your quotas (not because you had to, but because you're
driven to be the best), and a desire to share your past successes
to coach, mentor, motivate and build a high performing
team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhile you might get to
work on just about anything at Geonetric, you will primarily: -

Lead the sale team by overseeing,
mentoring, motivating, and managing the team's attainment of sales
goals and key performance indicators. Develop the sales strategy
for new, complex, long-cycle, sales opportunities, including
projects involving vendor-partners, large organizations, and
digital experience platform sales. - Develop and launch sales
prospecting efforts and proactively work with marketing to identify
initiatives to drive new business development growth. -Determine
and execute team strategies for addressing questions and unique
objections, recommending products and services that meets the
prospects' needs, sells the value of Geonetric, and maximizes
potential investment of the sale. Ensure accuracy, completeness,
and quality standards for all sales processes and deliverables such
as presentations, proposals, sales documentation, and project
handoffs Lead targeted sales presentations and demonstrations
customized to the audience/client needs (including c-suite
executives, marketing, IT, and other stakeholders), working with
subject matter experts and strategic partners to -align messaging
and overall win strategy.
Negotiate pricing and scope with
prospective clients, working closely with internal Geonetric teams
on final proposal and contract, identifying needed changes to
pricing structure or package, and ensuring accuracy. Identify
target markets, market trends, and common pain points across
prospective clients, competitive advantages, and overall themes of
the industry to devise and recommend creative solutions, new
products, and different pricing and sales strategies. -Develop and
lead sales strategies for Geonetric by analyzing and improving
current processes and shifting our approach to align with market
changes. -Education and Experience
Bachelors' Degree required8-10 years
of related sales experience requiredPrevious experience leading a
sales team requiredPrevious experience in healthcare
preferredPrevious experience with digital experience platforms and
web-based strategy solutions preferredProfessional Skills
Strong oral and written communication
skills required; including phone, presentation, and negotiating
skillsAbility to communicate effectively with C-Suite level
executives and within a group or committee structure requiredStrong
analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills requiredKnowledge

Overnight travel required for final
