Member to Our Sales Team! We are seeking a Director, National
Accounts who will focus on growing our business in the Electric
Vehicle Supply Equipment and related markets. This position will
collaborate with Senior Leadership to establish and execute the
sales and marketing strategy to drive sustainable, profitable
finance opportunities. This is a high-level, sales contributor role
with functional leadership of Account Manager(s) within the EVSE
team. This role has accountability of prospecting, onboarding, and
supporting strategic relationships with OEM manufacturers and
Channel Sales providers in the EVSE market.As a National Account
Manager, you'll:
- Build Strong Relationships! Understand and navigate internal
sales and operations processes to appropriately balance the
risks/needs of GreatAmerica with the wants/demands of our customers
and the marketplace in general.
- Create and Execute the Plan! Own your future and use your
competitive nature to achieve your sales goals. Our most successful
sales representatives treat this business like their own by
developing strategies and programs designed to meet business needs
and increase sales volume.
- Be an Active Listener! Take a consultative selling approach by
uncovering business needs and proposing GreatAmerica solutions
which align with those business needs.
- Lead a Successful Team! Provide functional leadership and
strategic direction for EVSE Account Manager(s).
- Excel at Marketing! Collaborate with marketing and sales
leadership to create and distribute print material, digital
content, and presentations used to support the assigned
territory/account(s).
- Build Credibility! Track, plan and implement effective trade
show and/or customer driven event participation.
- Stay Relevant! Ensure GreatAmerica is viewed as a valuable
business partner and is the primary financial services provider for
our customers.
- -Use Strategic Thinking! Maintain current and thorough
understanding of the markets we serve to provide strategic insight
to our partners and deliver regular, proactive education to our
team.To be successful in this role you'll need:
- To be an expert in one of the following: EVSE, Solar, and/or
similar "Green" energy fields. This likely means you have 5+ years
of experience in one or all these spaces.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success
working with large (100+ employees) and/or National Accounts.
- Successful track record of leading others (in person and
remotely).
- Experience in a strategic role with proven ability to project
manage.
- The ability to sell value by helping customers envision how
GreatAmerica programs can save them money and/or increase
productivity.
- An affinity for connecting quickly with people to gain trust to
collaboratively solve business problems.
- Proven ability to build solid working relationships with a
variety of businesses, and an interest in learning about ways to
add value to an evolving industry.
- Excelling in communication, business development, relationship
management, working autonomously and time management.
- Travel expectations for this role include traveling up to 30%;
overnights and weekends at times.You'll work hard, you'll have fun
