Job Description:

Mechanic Apprentice, you will learn to install, maintain, and
repair HVAC systems, ensuring they comply with our innovative and
high-quality standards. This hands-on role provides a unique
opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of
experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
under the supervision of licensed mechanics. Participate in
diagnostic procedures and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.
Support senior mechanics in managing inventory of parts and tools
required on the truck. Ensure adherence to safety policies and
regulations at all sites. Assist in conducting system tests and
preparing service reports. Learn the proper handling of
refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations. Provide
excellent customer service, maintaining professional communication
with clients. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and principles.
Ability to work with tools and machinery safely. Strong
problem-solving skills. Effective communication and customer
service abilities. Capability to handle physical workload and work
in various environmental conditions. Medical Insurance Dental
