Job Description:
Constellation, a leading integrated energy company, is seeking
an experienced Mgr Maint I&C to oversee the instrumentation and
control maintenance operations within our Engineering & Maintenance
department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational
integrity and efficiency of our energy systems. The successful
candidate will manage and optimize all instrumentation and
control-related activities, enhancing system performance to support
reliable and sustainable energy production. Develop, implement, and
monitor maintenance strategies for control systems and
instrumentation across various facilities. Lead a team of
technicians and engineers, providing training and development to
enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new
control systems and instrumentation. Conduct routine inspections
and predictive maintenance to prevent operational disruptions and
extend equipment lifespan. Manage budgets, project timelines, and
resources to meet departmental goals and improve cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and
safety to align maintenance activities with overall company
objectives. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory
compliance, and environmental mandates. Strong technical skills in
instrumentation and control systems used in the energy sector.
Proficient in various programming languages and software relevant
to control processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and
organizational skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex
systems and provide practical solutions. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) beneficial.
Relevant certifications in control systems and instrumentation such
as Certified Control System Technician (CCST) or similar.
